Kimberly Blessing
President and Chief Consultant
Kimberly Blessing has run the gamut of roles in the computing/IT industry, from software sales and tech support to Web strategist and tech manager. Through it all, the one thing she's always loved to do is develop Web sites. A geek since childhood, Kimberly's early exposure to computers (such as the TRS-80 and Commodore 64) no doubt led to her later interest in pursuing an education and career in computing.
While pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bryn Mawr College, Kimberly also began her career in Web development, launching the College's first Web presence, as well as assisting many local businesses in making the leap online. Later, while working for America Online as a Web developer and technical program manager, Kimberly completed her master's degree in Computer Science. Prior to forming KimmieCorp, Kimberly served as the Acting Director of the Studio Web Development team at AOL.
Kimberly is also an active member of the Web Standards Project.
